We design our jewellery to last a lifetime but to keep it looking as beautiful as the day it arrives take care when storing and cleaning your jewellery
DELIVERY TIMESCALE

If the product is in stock (please see individual product pages) you will receive the product within 1-2 working days within the UK, and 5-12 working days for other countries.
As most of our pieces are handmade, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.
However, if you have a tight deadline please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
EU ORDERS​
For deliveries to the EU we use a service that endeavours to reach its destination within 5-12 working days from ship date.
The cost for this service is £20 (free on orders over £1000). A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
For deliveries to the rest of the world Mocielli uses a service that endeavors to reach its destination within 7-14 working days from ship date. The cost for this service is £35 (free on orders over £1000). Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.
International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Mocielli cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

POSTAGE COSTS

UK and Ireland Postage: Free
Europe: £20 (Free on orders over £1000)
Rest of the World: £35 (Free on orders over £1000)
Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope. The jewellery is packaged in a Mocielli jewellery box. If you would like a personal message to accompany any gift orders, please contact us directly.​​​​​​
If the recipient and shipping address is different to those of the person who placed the order, we will assume that the order is a gift and a receipt will not be included in the package.

UK ORDERS
​
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery. All UK orders are fully insured.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot.
A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

GIFT VOUCHERS
​
Our gift vouchers are generated digitally and will be emailed to you. If you’d prefer a physical gift voucher, please contact us directly. Delivery for each voucher costs £3.00 per order. Your gift vouchers will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class post or International Airmail. All gift vouchers will be sent in a thick card envelope.
